Lena D. Kopp-Director/Admin./Owner/AAO/Solicitor-Lena has over 18 years experience in the construction industry working as a Ironworker, Welder, Boilermaker, Supervisor, and QA/QC. Certifications with NCCER in Ironworking Plus, Rigging, Supervisor as well as an NCCER Instructor in Iron, Rigging, Project Management, And Welding. NCCER Master Trainer and Administrator. OSHA 10 and 30 instructor. Lena has devoted herself to passing on the knowledge she acquired through the years of working construction by opening this training facility. Jeffrey B. Kopp - Assistant Director/Owner/Safety Manager/Solicitor - Jeffrey has a A.A.S. in Occupational Safety and Health along with over 14 years in Safety Management on various complex and challenging projects. His ability to adapt and overcome everything from minor to critical safety issues is one of his many strengths. He has consistently proven how to effectively build, manage, and maintain a world class safety culture. Jeffrey is passionate about safety and committed to educating today's students to become tomorrow's leaders. He is our Safety Learning Series, OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and Core Instructor.
